Please note that the preferential rates are available for a limited quota of rooms. After quota limit is reached accommodation assistance for the above and for alternative hotels will be provided based on best rates and conditions available at that moment. Cancellation of the registration, hotel accommodation and social events booking should be received at the registration address not later than October 25, 2008. The organisers reserve the right to deduct up to 50% of the amounts paid. We regret that no refund is possible if cancellation is made after October 25, 2008.
